Maccagno is a traditional Piedmontese cheese which encloses the scent, sweetness and the soft consistency of milk coming from high altitude. An antique revisited recipe to rediscover the flavour of a territory enhanced by the special seasoning on pinewood boards. A soft texture which unites the delicate taste of all the scents of our pastures.
