A very high quality cheese coming from the traditional recipe of the Toma Piemontese. Produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk coming from selected farms and enhanced with the addition of crushed chilli peppers. The slow seasoning on pinewood boards in the Botalla cellars make it reach a unique scent and aroma.
