Formaggio al pepe colorato

It is produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk coming from selected farms of the territory and enhanced with the addition of the precious spice coloured pepper. The slow aging on pinewood boards of the Botalla cellars gives this cheese a unique scent and aroma.
