A very high quality toma born from the traditional recipe of Piedmontese Toma. Produced exclusively with Piedmontese milk coming from select farms of the territory and embellished with the addition of crushed chilli pepper. The slow seasoning on pinewood boards in the Botalla cellars lets it reach unique scents and aromas.
