THE DISCOVERY OF HARMONY

Respecting tradition does not mean refusing innovation, but it means striving for equilibrium between the past and the present. If the strictly Piedmontese milk, is enriched with ginger, turmeric, pepper, intense but gentle spices or with the colour and aroma of flowers, we have the discovery of new cheeses with a unique and balanced taste, in pure Botalla style.

THE RIGHT AGEING

Curcumella, Pepe’, Ginger and De’ Floris lie in the Botalla cellars during the ageing process in order to reach a perfect equilibrium of flavours and to set off an explosion of aromas to be discovered when tasting them.

THE PLEASURE OF BEING SURPRISED

Five cheeses with an elegant personality, perfectly savoured when accompanied by a white wine to enhance their scents and unique flavour or to enrich an excellent risotto. Combining them with a compote of red berries or a delicate pear compote is also advisable.

CONTINUOUS RESEARCH

It took two years to find the perfect recipe for these new components of the Botalla Family. The result is so satisfactory as to push us into experimenting with new products without ever forgetting the values which have always characterized us.
