They are crafted according to the rigorous canons of the Piedmontese dairy art, bringing to the table the flavour of distant times which have never been forgotten. There are the Toma cheeses with their special intense aroma. They range from the most classic ones, to be savoured with some good red wine to the recipes with herbs where the flavour of tradition is always a new discovery.
